"Pizza Hut has the best pizza delivery you can get. I highly recommend their Supreme with Pan style crust. Their boneless wings are tasty, and if you like some spice the Cajun Style is a good choice. If you want good hot wings, though, Dominos has the best in our town."

"The staff and service are great here in Evanston. The issue is that when you call them, about 95% of the calls go to a different location and they want you phone number before they will patch you through. When they do put you through, you get disconnected and when you call back it starts all over again with I need your phone number. They really need to get it together."

"I don’t usually do reviews and am and outgoing person with understanding of how to treat waiters and waitresses, but I decided I should write a review on bad customer service. We came here for lunch with our autistic sons. Our kids were being kids, but as children with autism do they had some outbreaks. I didn’t think it was an issue due to there being nobody else in the restaurant, and my wife and I reprimanding the outbreaks as best as we could, but we did struggle because we are new to this. Our kids weren’t crazy but they were loud which I do apologize for. At the end of our lunch we got up to pay and the male server said “if you come back we will not serve you” then proceeded to accuse my sons of things they did not do. I’m a good parent and I would never allow my sons to treat an establishment which such disrespect that they were accused of. Disappointing customer service, and outrageous disrespect towards my completely able children and wife. My children left crying and were disappointed. While disappointed with customer service the food was great. Hopefully to whomever reads this understands and will hopefully have a better experience. Thank you."
