"stay away form them , my truck got hit from back and truck and trailer was fine to roll just needed to cut the mud flap, my driver called them and they told us they need to towed both truck and trailer, so we did but they charged us $4750 for 16 miles to their yard and 4% card fee. we talked to there boss but he kept lying we got a call from dispatch not from you so they charge us highway patrol rates. we do not recommend them."

"BEWARE! We are an OTR fleet whom called them to a down truck for low voltage to test and install if needed new batteries. After mechanic installed a set of new batteries, the truck had worse voltage then before. We asked the mechanic several times if he had all connections good and tight and all others were also, He said yes each time, and that we most have a bad wire or computer somewhere, and he couldn't do anymore that truck would need towed to a shop. We had truck towed to a local shop other then theirs and the when they looked at truck, all cables were only finger tight and had tons of corrosion. After a simple cleaning and reinstall truck fired right up. This cost us thousands in bills, a load recovery, hotel, driver was picked up so had to go back out for truck. The shop who fixed truck when they called with findings new immediately who had done prior repair and said they see lots of issues with their attempts . Called and emailed several times asking for a reimbursement, no fallow through from owners after multiple contacts."
