"They attempted to deliver the package and had it recent back to the Post Office for pick . The automated lines said they would hold the package until February 3rd but when I went to the Post Office to pick it up on February 2nd they said they had returned it the day before. The lady at The counter was incredibly rude and said I should have been there to pick it up soon owner Unfortunately this product was a non-refundable item"

"Zero stars if I could. Went in to check my PO Box. Cool I have a yellow slip telling me I have a package I need to pickup. Not sure why it wasn't in a locker thats in the lobby area. But whatever. I walk up to the front. WOW....Line of 16 people and only 1 worker behind the desk. I notice there's a package door to the left and there doing packages there. I walked up, and immediately welcome with hostility. The woman behind the door says, I'm sorry I cant get your package now, I have to take my lunch. So I get back in line. Wait 30 minutes to get to the front. I finally get my package. The package wasn't oversize and could have easily fit into a locker parcel in the lobby. This post office keeps getting worse by the day."

"Horrible post office. Things arrive and take days to get to your P.O. Box. Multiple times I’ve had packages in the wrong P.O. Box. Things get sent back almost immediately and they don’t contact me at all if the address is insufficient. My package arrived at 4:45 am and got sent back at 8:58 am….. worst part is, my phone number was on the mailing label and they never bothered to contact me. Very loosely ran program apparently……."
