"We hired this transportation service for our wedding. One of the buses broke down and arrived to our ceremony over 45 minutes late. As a consequence we had to cut our cocktail hour and a significant amount of our photos. It was highly disruptive to our wedding. They waved the $300 cleaning fee as conciliation. The total transport cost was $5000. When we called to explain how disruptive the bus breakdown was and to see if they would offer a larger refund given the violation of their specific end of the contract, the owner Russ was rude, confrontational and extremely unwilling to work with us. Not only did they not deliver, the customer service we received was extremely poor. There are multiple other transportation companies in Jackson to use for your wedding. I recommend you hire them and avoid summit transportation."
