"It's not your average out the front shop; you'll have to head in the entrance and ring the doorbell to get the staff to open the locked door to get to the products. Seems like a security measure. Overall, it's a nice place with their specific selection of firearms along with ammo and accessories. They do have Staccatos and seem like the only place that sells them in Anchorage, which is awesome. Staff is also very friendly and helpful in any questions you may have or if you want to get a feel for a firearm you are interested in. They can also assist with ordering a firearm for you and have it shipped to their location."

After searching 6 months for a specific handgun, I found two online and they were helpful in the transfer. It was my first time purchasing a firearm. Ever. Which is surprising seeing as how I have over 15. Many stores in town were either rude or never called me back. WEKA was professional, always called me back after a voicemail, and didn't make me feel stupid for asking a question. They definitely deserved and earned the sale and I'm bummed they didn't have the handgun. I will be buying my next firearm from them for sure and will not stop recommending them. Tyler was amazing to work with. They should have full 5 stars but some people don't understand supply and demand or even basic economics. Complaining for complaining's sake is not a justified use of reviews. WEKA is solution oriented and provides high quality customer service. "I have to second the other several comments speaking highly of Weka Tactical’s customer service. Weka Tactical is one of the only dealers in Alaska that is a partner of CZ USA’s Mil/LE discount program. I ordered a shotgun through the program that was backordered and after several months of waiting, emailed Weka Tactical to see where it was. The manager apologized and admitted it had been at the shop without instructions (I live in Fairbanks). He shipped it to a local FFL to me free of charge that week. I’m impressed with their integrity and customer service and will be ordering from them again."
