"Found a sweater for under $20 it's winter ❄️ I needed one. It was black with red stripes."
"The kid’s selection is the best stocked area in the store. As a woman with curves, I can NEVER find anything that fits. Seriously, this place is for those who happen to be a size small or medium. For a company that claims to be so diverse, I really don’t see it. Oh, and the maternity section is a joke. We are in Alaska and in October and they have dresses and the maternity jeans are all tiny and beyond expensive. $50 for a pair of maternity pants. No thanks."
"I would have given 5 stars if the store was not so empty. It seemed like it just opened getting ready to close down or just remodeled. It also seemed like all the sizes large/xl was out of stock. I like the way it was set up a couple years ago it was much easier to find things . I was very upset I wasn't able to purchase one thing from their so I am not sure if they just had a big sale or what but n they definitely need to restock. I will visit again in like a week and see if it had improved. I really like their styles and just need more variety and to keep the stock up."
"Overall, it was very disappointing. She rode a hanger with clothes hanging in the store. She doesn't seem at all willing to work. She didn't even try to find out the size even though it was just only one item for the customer. I would have paid the wrong price if I hadn't pointed it out. If proper service training is difficult, withdrawing stores would rather help the brand's reputation. will never visit again."
"Poor customer service. Wanted to buy the only shirt left, which was on the mennequin, and the manager refused....she said the person who dresses the mennenquin was out today. I've had other employees do this with no problem. This is completly unexceptable, how hard is it to put another shirt on. I would hate to think this was something other than her just being lazy"
