"So I ordered my son's letterman jacket January 17th of 2023. It is now September 2023 and literally a week and a half ago they finally got the last two patches in and sewn on. We're talking to $450 letterman jacket. When I ordered this jacket I was told 8 weeks at the most. It took them 9 months. Did I get a discount? No. Did I get an apology? No. So my son didn't have a completed letterman jacket when he started his senior year this year and he just now got his jacket with the proper patches sewn on. How do people run businesses like this? We're talking close to $500. I would definitely recommend looking at other places and using TNT as a last resort."
