"My bose headphones that I pawned with them had been messed with and used for the 8 weeks they were there. I dropped off Bose headphones there to pawn that were in mint condition that I also made sure we’re comepltety clean . I came to pick them up 8 weeks later I opened up the little pouch to see that they were on, yes headphones that were on low battery that I dropped off 8 weeks prior were somehow still on. I took them out to see earwax all over them, they were really dirty and there was some type of oil on everything, I polished them really good before bringing them in and there were fingerprints all over them. The headphones also automatically connect to my phone unless they’ve been connected to someone else’s and what do you know they didn’t connect to my phone. I said something and she just, that’s not possible that would be illegal. She didn’t care at all, if you value your things stay away from this pawn shop."

"This pawn shop is by far, the worst pawn shop I have ever encountered! I realize it's a business, and they need to make money, but it would be to their advantage to work with their good customers that pay their interest, etc., when they need 2 days to get in to pay their 7 buck interest. I was hospitalized, and asked for help. Making matters worse, it was Christmas . I finally got the 7 dollars, and the latest in a succession of 5 "managers" (Really?) Then told me I would need 26.00 to save it. I have dealt with other Cash Americas, and never had these issues ! Avoid the Gambell store like the plague!"

"Let's just say that if you took the brains of every employee present ( I believe there where 6 in all ), and turned those brains into dynamite there wouldn't be enough to blow a nose. The leader of the pawn cons must of honed his brokers skills as a douchbag car salesman. They don't take anything valuable for collateral..only dvds and flea market jewelery. Bring them a $150 dollar item in mint condition.....they offer $15....yet sell it for $175. From the moment I walked in I felt like I interrupted their circle jerk. Which is probably why they rushed me out the door so they continue stroking each other. Real class act."
