"When I was searching for a place to stay part of the things I look for is 1. Do they have a hot breakfast 2. Is there a pool 3. Location to what I want to do. When I booked my room I did it because they had according to their website a hot breakfast. I have to consider what I need to save my money for. No hot breakfast. It was a “grab and go “ bag. There wasn’t 1 item in the bag that I would eat. So now I will have to go out to eat. The other thing is the pool it’s closed. They are in the process of remodeling the areas. I understand that you to make improvements but this has really put a dent on my vacation funds. I am just very disappointed and upset that nothing was mentioned when I made my reservation. The staff has been extremely nice. The room was clean and the bed slept very well."

"Talked to a receptionist on November 29, 2023 at 11:00am and she was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Didn’t seem to want to speak with me and rudely transferred me mid-conversation to another line because she was just too lazy to deal with us. Called again and instead of listening to my concerns, she spoke over me and kept threatening to do it again. Would leave a review about the room itself but didn’t get the chance to even visit. Have never spoken with such a horrible receptionist in my entire life, makes me never wanna deal with this hotel again. Ruined my morning."

"Room was plenty spacious, but they have the air conditioner set on 72 and it won't go any lower no matter what you do. And I never thought I'd complain about hot water in a shower, but it is scalding here. I barely had a trickle of water by the time I got it cool enough to be able to let it touch my skin. And I love a hot shower. I have never had a worse continental breakfast in any place and I've had some pretty shabby ones"

"We stayed here twice for one night each time. The rooms are rather small and ordinary but very clean and with comfortable beds and bedding. There is a breakfast offered which we missed the second time we stayed because of our early departure. The staff that morning made a big effort to provide us with fruit for our trip because the afternoon staff had not passed on our request for breakfast bags. Most of the staff was really friendly and the vans to and from the airport are a big plus."
