"The continued and rapid decline of what was once my favorite place in Anchorage is both horrendous and disgusting. They have made a "protective zone" for kids under 5, but this leaves kids as young as 6 to fend for themselves on the larger equipment. No staff is ever present in this area and when they are its usually just to play on their phones. The staff is incredible rude to children. Like my kids have spoken up about feeling bullied by the staff. So much so that the rest of my yearly membership is going to go unused. The owners of the brand Fly should be ashamed, I can tell by the operation of this location that the franchise owner (or atleat the operator) of this store does not meet the standards set out by Fly. This place is over crowded, dirty, loud, falling apart, and ran by bullies who are constantly out of their uniforms while working. Don't go here. I've had more fun watching paint dry."
"It was better before the name change. Place is a mad house now. The staff has zero control of the place and it's going completely down hill. Staff was sitting around playing on their phones and even tried to put my children to work. One staff member out of uniform tried to tell my kid he couldn't play until he helped clean. He didn't even make the mess. I payed good money for kids to play. Not to clean a trampoline park. I won't be back."
"the employees are always great. no doubt your kids will love this place and go crazy. it gets really, really warm, so dress lightly, don't bring anything in limited. ubbirs for your shoes, coats, or belongings, has vending machines, and they can order pizza from a local pizzeria and have drinks on site as well.its fun for litte kids bug kids and moms or dads lol"
"This place boarders on dangerous. There are no employees supervising the floor. Our 8 year old was standing in line waiting to go in the jump pit and was knocked over within 5 minutes of getting in the door and left with a bruise on her arm and rugburn down her leg from teenagers that were playing tackle football and running all over the place. My 7 year old left with a 8inch long scratch and massive bruise from an exposed spring. This place has lots of places where the mats are pulled off the springs and there are exposed springs and gaps. Torn netting and holes in the slide area. 2 of the bounce houses were closed as was the swing and they didn't mention all the closed equipment when we paid to get in. We won't be back."
"Awesome environment. My 3 kids had a BLAST. The massage chairs were a real plus. Kids were worn-out after 2 hours. Will definitely be back."
