"Just $2 a person (1/2 price in the winter because the buildings aren’t open). Lots of history in the museums the people at the desk were very knowledgeable and shared some extra information with us! We were able to peer in some of the windows of the outdoor buildings and still learned lots!!"

"Full of history, great story, nice time. Give this a visit you won't be disappointed. Great indoor muesem area with regional history and artifacts. The fort outside is set up nice and to the plans of the original Fort found in Denver. Great visuals out there and a nice little walk to the river as well. Take the family and stop in."

"Well worth a visit, it was a good few hours well spent. The museum exhibition was well curated and the content was clear, interesting and informative. The fort was also a great and realistic recreation."

"This was a fun walk back in history. Displays included old uniforms and period furniture, weapons, old wagons and old dishes and ferry for the river crossing. Log building are original oe good period rebuilds. The early pioneers were strong and talented."
