"This was a cute gateway from all the busy places. It was peaceful to park with trees for a change and the creek was so cute too! Only 2 other campers when we where there"

"We always visit down here a few times a summer. The creek is very cold, so plan to go tubing on a hot day! You will rub over a few rocks along the way, so buy durable tubes and not just pool floaties. Also, use a paddle or stick to push off the banks to stay away from the brush as there is poison ivy along the banks. If you go to the farthest south access, you can park, launch, float for about 35 minutes, and walk about 5 minutes back to your vehicle or the launch and do another lap! It is free to go tubing and it is also free to camp there. There are no hookups, however there is brick outhouse at the tubing area and the camping area."
