"So this place. Had the intention of grabbing a marg and chips and salsa since we just pulled into town and already had a reservation for dinner. With that in mind, we decided to sit at the not busy bar area, so we wouldn’t take up a table. After ordering, quickly got told to move, not asked, to their “lounge seating area” aka waiting area to finish our drinks, because people waiting were supposably there to eat. In which we never saw food in front of them. The lady (who appeared to be the manager) was very rude in this whole process. Drinks were good, but as we checked out (had to go to bar to do this) the same lady verbally said “I hope you’re not so bratty at the next place.” Working in the industry ourselves, we’re very surprised how they treat the tourists that keeps these places going. By far some of the worst customer service we’ve ever had, and we travel a lot. Go anywhere else!"

"DO NOT COME HERE. The prices on the website are not accurate. I ordered takeout, and the total came out double than what was listed on the website. ALSO, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill without any notice. When I raised this issue to the restaurant staff, they were nasty and not helpful. They blamed google for not updating the prices, meanwhile it was their website (not google) that had the incorrect prices. They also refused to honor the website prices. If you are happy with getting ripped off, this place is for you. If not, I recommend riverhouse BBQ, Ousel & Spur, and Thai basil. All have better food. The manager and the bartender should be fired, they have horrible customer service. The hostess was the only helpful employee."

"The food and the service are both good. The menu is just a piece of paper, but, it is easy to understand. The dishes are served to the table at once, so we can have a photo with all the food. The price is really good and food is in large portion. The only thing surprised me is the quesadilla. On the menu, it should be a 6 inch one, but we got 3 small ones. They taste good, but they look like tacos for me (I am not an expert in Mexico food, so I might be wrong) The shrimp ceviche has the shrimp cooked, which is a good thing to me, since it might be intimidating for some people to consume raw shrimp. The house salad is huge and cheap."

"Don’t know what others are complaining about. Price is good for Big Sky. Our service was amazing! Drinks, apps, and meals came out fast on a Saturday. Most importantly, the food tasted amazing! This isn’t your American/Mexican food. Flavor is MUCH better! Very satisfied!"

"We stopped for lunch and it was not very crowded. The decor and atmosphere are above average, but the service is extremely slow. The menu is traditional Mexican but they do not have Nachos. And the cheese queso is not traditional cheese you get in true Mexican restaurants. I’m hoping the other Mexican restaurant located here offers better service and menu."
