"To the owner! Thank you for your reply. Our waitress claimed she was the acting manager!! That is a scary representation of your good name!She took a card my daughter filled out asking for a phone call from the owner to discuss what happened! Did you get it or did she throw it away without handing it in.? My daughter strongly feels she wants to discuss this with you! Please let me know a number she can reach you at?! Food was good. Service from waitress was not. We even heard her discuss us with someone in the kitchen. So rude!!"

"0ct 21 2023Worst service I ever had and not even busy! Brought salad last no refills on drinks with cups sitting at the fromt of the table! Waitress could care less when we asked about the wrong stuff! There is a pizza place down the street a. Asian food truck! I hope it was just the lousy waitress but that’s managements fault! Liver and onions was tiny buried in gravy wife asked for tots with her tuna melt and cold fries! Try other places first didn’t even get desert we were so over it! Laziness!! Went down the street and ate afterwords. In other words crappiest part of our day out! Unless your milking a hangover go try somewhere else I can read about the staff and this is a common practice it appears!"

"We ordered a take out and when we opened our food an entire meal was missing and half of two other meals were missing. We called back and politely asked if we could have the missing meals made. They said yes. As we check for our food, the fries weren’t there, and they gave us one serving, barely even a serving of eggs for TWO servings. As pictured. Very frustrated with this careless serving!"

"The staff here are extremely kind, the prices are reasonable, however the food could be better. The spaghetti was extremely watery and the green beans had zero flavor."

"This little Diner/Cafe is Wonderful! Our waitress was the fastest, most professional server I have had in years. She was also the sweetest. The food was Great!! Everything was Fresh; nothing frozen and/or microwaved. My partner ordered an omelette and I a Reuben. His was Huge and filled with the mushrooms and fresh spinach,. They serve Breakfast All Day, which, to me, is a sign of a True Diner Cafe. Minnie's is certainly where the Local Ranchers & Farmers and Truck,Drivers go to eat in Thompson Falls . I will certainly go there the next time I drive through."
