"In November 2023 Kody replaced a furnace in our rv. It was still under warranty and he agreed to work with the manufacturer for reimbursement. While he was working with them he asked me to pay the bill (company policy) and he would reimburse me as soon as he received money from Suburban Manufacturing. I paid the $2,344 bill immediately. Now he will not respond to my calls, texts or emails. On 2/18/24, after many attempts to contact Kody, I reached out to Suburban directly. I received a copy of an invoice and an email from them showing that they sent the heater to Kody for free! He was not charged for it. They are in shock that he charged me $1898.87 for something he got for free. I am shocked and extremely disappointed. I reached out to him yesterday and still no response. Don't get ripped off like I did - I hope that WY can find someone honest to replace the service that he provides. Adding since I can't respond to your comment = I emailed you everything from Suburban yesterday and this morning so you should have what you need to contact them and make this right. Happy to remove my negative reviews once it is resolved."

"While traveling in the Pinedale area we had an electrical issue with our 5th wheel camper. I contacted Kody first thing in the morning and he got us in right away. He resolved our issue promptly and gave us great information on the local area. I highly recommend his services!!"

"DO NOT use this guy, he and his business are a joke. He was contracted to repair/replace a waste valve. The first time he never showed up, claiming he couldn’t find the address and that he called and didn’t get an answer. When he finally did show, he stated he had to take apart the grey tank valve to replace the waste valve, he charged $890, didn’t even test the valves for leaks. When we went to dump the tanks, about a week later, both the black tank and the grey tank valves leaked very bad, fluid just pouring out. Mind you, there was nothing wrong with the grey tank valve prior to him taking it apart. Upon checking the valves, the nuts and bolts were barely finger tight on the grey tank valve. Phone calls and texts to him were started, took him over a week to reply. Again, arrangements were made to return and fix what he started. He took a small fix and turned it into an huge ordeal. Again, he nor anyone from his company showed up. He tried to tell us someone showed up and no one was home. The fact is, there were 3 cars in the drive, we had company, and we were home all day. After showing him texts that stated he would be arriving late afternoon, he changed his story stating one of his workers came out and probably went to the wrong place. Again, arrangements were made to show up at 830 the next morning. At 730 the day of arrival, a text was received stating he was unavailable to all customers, per doctors orders. This has been going on for almost a month now. We live in Pinedale and this is by far the worst customer service or experience we have had with any business. Being local here means something and being able to count on services also mean something. His customer service and communication are almost non-existent, if you are lucky enough to get him nailed down to showing up, chances are he won’t. He doesn’t communicate that he isn’t going to show and there is always an excuse as to why he doesn’t show up."

"Do not go here!! He sold and charged me for a brand new AC, and I got to Utah where I needed it, and found out it was a used AC that does not work. Completely ruined my vacation as I had to fork out another 2 grand for a new one to be installed in addition to the $6000 I paid Kody for his "work" he did. He stole from me. Many other problems in addition to the AC. I will be taking him to court."
