"I have never had such a bad experience at any business. I have NEVER written a bad review but this one was needed. Not only did I pay $170 for detail that was half finished but after confronting her about it I was attacked from her on her personal account after letting her know I would be writing a review about my experience. After leaving my car with her for 6 hours I was left with a car that still had dirt in the doors, dusty vents, half vacuumed, dirty headliner, crumbs in the middle console, and hair and dirt left between and on the seats. I will add pictures of my “after pictures”. I of course understand that things happen and days get busy but the way she handled things was incredibly unprofessional and I would never recommend this place to anyone after my awful experience."
