I asked why she didn't call earlier, but no answer there. The uhaul place in Lyman was able to see TWO trailers in Evanston, but was not able to tell me why this place canceled my reservation. Clearly not the brightest crayons in the box working here."
"I've used them a few times for renting trucks and two years of storage and they have been good to work with. I just think it is a little crazy they aren't open on Saturday. It seems that would be their busiest day."
"The customer service here sucked. If I could give a lower rating then a 1 star I would. We had blown a tire and made it to this location. The lady there said she couldn't do anything. She wouldn't call road side assistance for us. And while we waited for road side assistance she wouldn't let us use her bathroom."
