Had new shackles put on my truck and not only was it missing bolts but the ones they managed to get in were not even hand tight. Had I known this before hand I never would have taken it there. "These guys are AMAZING! I had issues with my torque converter while on a trip to the Midwest. Everyone, including these guys, were booked out weeks. They took the time to diagnose the issue so I would know if I could continue to drive the vehicle without causing additional damage. On top of squeezing me in immediately they didn't charge me anything! I gave the mechanic a tip for being soooo AWESOME and helping a guy out. I HIGHLY recommend them!"
