"Went in this morning for new tires and they over torqued my lug nuts to the point one of my tires fell off.. would not recommend anybody go in. Free way is way better."

"Since it will not let me post without giving a star I have to put one anyways but I will not even leave a star for the vehicle service shop at Walmart in Evanston, I went in asked for a tire rotation and a oil change they claim they did not rotate my tires but when I got my car back my front passenger tire the lug nuts were loose and my cover was sticking out so I took my car back to them and asked them to fix it he then broke off my metal studs that keep my tire on my car right in front of me and then handed them to me in pieces and said sorry I cannot do anything for you and sent me on my way didn't bother to ask how he could help me fix it or anything they will not pay for the damage he did and they treated me like crap when I asked him to reimburse me basically told me that I was lying and that they never touched my tires but I was standing right there when he did it these guys are worthless and I would not recommend them for any kind of car maintenance do not go here I promise you you will regret when I talk to the manager he started yelling at me and telling me that they will not pay for something they did not do when they actually did do it I am in the process of fighting this."

"This is what I found when the TLE said I had a tore stud and needed to replace the tire because it couldn't be replaced. There either lazy, stupid, or trying to sell a new tire, I didn't know. But I repaired it myself for about $1 and I won't use them again!!!"

"I hate to say that I really like the Walmart tire center but, I did. I called around and got prices all over town. The Les Schwab wanted $110.00 more per tire than Walmart (so, I saved $440.00) and, I was able to login to the Walmart app and buy the tires in the morning and get them installed in the afternoon. The people were great and the tires were 80k mi Goodyear tires. I highly recommend it...... Hopefully, I like the tires as much as the service.... If not, I'll be back to adjust me review."

"Went to this Auto center due to a flat tire on the highway, manager help us personally, I called ahead to let them know that we would be coming in by tow truck they already had tires pulled for us and we're waiting for us when we got there fabulous service absolutely fabulous service. UPDATE: we had a tire that had a problem, we went back to this tire center. They changed the tire without any problems. Awesome service again."
