"COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS. I dropped off my 2016 RMK to get some coolant leaks fixed and a service done and was told very quickly that they would have it done ASAP and would be only 4 hours of labor. Weeks go by and I haven’t heard anything and after many calls I finally get a hold of salt river motors saying they still haven’t even looked at my sled and asked what I needed done again. Another reassurance that they would get everything done and 2 weeks go by with no contact and after many calls I finally get an answer that they can’t do any of the work they said they could but would replace my tunnel for $4800. The part is only $1200 so idk where they came up with that price. So I just pick up my sled and pay the $300 for the service they did and notice they put OVER 500 MILES ON MY SLED WHILE THEY HAD IT FOR A MONTH AND A HALF. Don’t recommend go anywhere else"

"Terrible place never walked in there and had a good experience. Took my truck here a few years ago to get my tires mounted and balanced. Drove it for a week tops and had a bad wobble so I took it back and they charged me to rebalance them again even though they told me the weight wasn’t correct from the tires they balanced themselves. Recently dropped off my car to have them balance the tires for $32.00 and ended up paying $117.00 without them calling and telling me they were doing additional work and charging me for it."

"A+ service. My leaf pack on the front drivers side separated during a cross country trip with one leaf working its way out so far it got wedged against the front tow hook! Salt River got me in same day to look at it and next day to fix. They were willing to work with me to find the least time intensive solution to get me back on the road ASAP to continue my trip. Fortunately for me and my trip, the quickest and easiest fix was all that was required, my ubolts had loosened up allowing the leafs to move around, so everything was put back together and bottled back up nice and tight without issue. The mechanic was able to fix the leaf issue, do an oil change, and test drive in about 2 hours! I wish I could work that fast normally! Very satisfied with the service, A+ again!"
