We asked if a certain shoe was there and if they had the right size the worker just looked at us and said that everything they had was out on the sales floor didn't offer to help us or direct us. I was not pleased with the customer service that evening. We had gotten home and my son looked on thier website and it was listed that the store for actually have his size in the exact one he wanted.. so they really should realize without us the customer they would not be working."
