"Purchased a pair of shoes on 8/7/2022. The shoes were defective and common sense tells you that you wouldn’t know they were defective until you actually wore them. Twice wearing them and the side rips. Asked to be compensated through exchange or via store credit towards replacing a pair of shoes. Called and spoke with Alexis. Definitely not a manager I would want running my store. She was beyond rude, not helpful in anyway, and had NO customer service skills what so ever. If that’s how you chose to operate, probably shouldn’t be in business and it shows finish line’s LACK of customer service, product backing, and business. Would NOT recommend shopping here."

"The store employees were no help. They found 1 shoe in the size we needed, but wouldn't go look for the other. So they said they could order the shoe. They didn't know how to order shoes online. It took way too long, I could have done it faster. Anyway, the shoes arrived and they were the wrong ones. Called the company and they said every shoe was sold out and we couldn't get the ones we wanted. Basketball season has started, and I don't have time to wait for another pair because the store has zero options. We won't be back and I WON'T recommend to anyone."
