Got my 4R stuck in a big snowbank in a very rural part of Idaho, and even though he was 1.5hrs away, on a Saturday, he was more than willing to help and quoted me a very fair price. He encouraged me to try to flag a passing vehicle down to help before he arrived, so that he wouldn't have to charge me, while I waited for him to arrive. That actually happened-and when I called JR to explain, he was more than gracious, and genuinely happy that we got out earlier than we would have with him. Thank you, JR, for your kindness! "I tried calling for help today to get unstuck out of a snow ditch and they told me that they couldn't help because they wouldn't be able to back out. And that the area we were in was illegal which was not at all true because it is public place and there were no road closed or trespassing signs. We got told the same thing for 10 minutes on how we shouldn't be in the area we were in. We finally got a price estimate of $200 and then told that they wouldn't be able to help us unless we call the sheriff first for permission. It's kind of a useless tow company if they can't even help people get out of the snow. Luckily a random truck helped us after waiting an hour or we would have been stuck for a while."
