"Understandably, many people recommended Sue Roo’s to me for car maintenance and repairs. The first time I had radiator issues. They said their diagnostics only went up to 2019 models (not 2020). They replaced a turn signal light for free! The second time they said they could see about closing my hood, but after taking it apart, they didn’t have the space or equipment to finish it. I asked the mechanic to put the inner parts, but he declined. He did replace another turn signal when reminded. In fairness I really needed an auto body shop to close the hood. 5*’s Courtesy, Value, and Service 3*’s scope of service. Highly Recommended w/reservations."
