"Dr Thornblade is great!! The front office staff not at all. Thornblade will set out a customized plan with me and then reception says no that's not how it works. Getting allergy shots shouldn't be this hard. Should be able to get them more than just one day a week, can I suggest having shot hours available like 3 days a week instead of one and maybe outside of just 10-noon and 1-2. Although Google says they are open until 6 they close at 5. Front office staff are always rude on the phone too, like what a an inconvenience to have to answer a work phone at work, what they are paid to do. I will say Thornblade is the best and really listens to my concerns. I will try to stay for him, but not much care he can give me if his front office staff is telling people off and that there's no allergy shot times available and being rude AF."
"My husband was told to arrive 15 minutes before his 12:45 appointment, and we did yet they were out of office until 12:55 completely unprofessional and then continued to keep us waiting well after because the front desk was still on break!! Why would you conduct business this way we game from an hour away to sit in your parking lot. To then tell us they were not going to do the procedure that we came for!!!"
"Thornblade not only REFUSED to give me the injection that was prescribed by the University of Zurich, the best in Europe, Immunology department, he was disrespectful, sexist, and claimed he "disagrees" with their findings, giving me NO TREATMENT. The worst most deluded doctor I have ever met in my life. Do not ever go here."
"I was supposed to have an appointment in October, but the front desk staff kindly put me on the list for cancellations l. I was able to get in more than a month before my appt, which was very much needed. Jenifer (I think only 1 n?) worked with me and she was amazing. She listened so patiently to my concerns and helped me immensely. I didn’t feel that the appt was rushed or that I was an inconvenience to them. I wholeheartedly recommend them. The only thing—they’re super busy so the appts are scheduled far out. Thank you, Jenifer and front desk staff!!"
"Honestly if I could give this zero starts that would be the way to go. Went into my appointment 10 minutes early and I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen. At the front desk when I turned in all me paperwork they also charged me first before I was even seen. Once I was seen by a technician named Angie it went down hill even faster. Everything I was telling her was just going out the window and she was making me feel belittled by my symptoms as if I was making them up. I had brought in paperwork as well from another allergy specialist in Dallas, Texas (mind you this is a bigger and better facility and with more welcoming staff.) and she was telling me what they were doing was “incorrect and not valid” from skin testing and blood work being done. We also made a plan and did 4 series of shots which I would assume any allergy specialist would know she didn’t know what I was talking about and had to explain it to her. I never even spoke or seen the doctor once just the tech. If you basically want to be belittled, undermining, disrespected, not listened to, and not even see the doctor, pay for a service that you have not yet received yet then this is the place for you."
