"Overall not impressed. The therapist was hyper focused on my trauma (which I had already completed years of therapy with a different therapist) and did not listen to why I was coming to see her currently. I felt my sessions were wasted on her trying to dive deeper into trauma that had already been processed elsewhere. I did not feel listened to and felt my current concerns were ignored due to this hyper focus on the past trauma. The billing process was difficult and confusing as I received my bill and did not feel safe to write out all information regarding my card (including the CVV code) on the slip of paper and mail back to their office. I emailed inquiring how to go about payment and was given the option of bringing in cash, which was difficult due to limited scheduling hours of availability on the therapists part, or I could call their billing department. I called the billing woman who was not even able to process my card for payment over the phone and was only able to take my card information down and then she planned to send it to the office herself. I completed providing my information to billing weeks ago and have yet to see the money leave my account. I fail to see why card information is not gathered at intake. I would not recommend this therapist or location."
