"Dr. Laine is the best pediatrician I could've chosen for my daughter to see. He has made our lives a little less stressful. Even when he is out of the office he is still available by phone. I think we all know how many hoops you have to go through to speak to a doctor on the phone. That is not the case at his practice. He even answers the phone himself when he is in office because it is important to him to be available to his patients for whatever they need."

"Love Dr Laine! He has called and checked up on my kids over weekends to see how they are doing after having come in sick during the week. and he is THE BEST at getting you in last minute. Every time I have called in with a sick child, his office has gotten me in within 2 hours. Very good care and an amazing staff!"

"So after waiting for 2 months for Montana DPHHS to approve us for using Dr. Laine for our daughter (she's now 4 months). We chose Dr. Laine as her provider due to the high reviews. After calling to schedule her for her 4 month shots I was originally told that Dr. Laine was only accepting newborns as patients and then after talking to him she then said that he couldn't see our daughter as his practice is "full". I explained that we were only approved to see him for our daughter through her insurance she told me that I needed to "call someone else"."

"11 years with Dr.Laine and no matter how long we go without a check up he is the same as if we had just been in. I appreciate his stable and non-reactive personality; not much riles him, and I enjoy this part of his care! As for a phone call after address change....? Why would they call you? And, community's billing has literally nothing to do with Ted Laine's care! Community was bought out and they give ppl very little leeway with outstanding bills. I give him and his staff five stars!! Thank you for all you've done and continue to do!"

"Our boys have gone to Dr. Laine since birth, and they are almost 17 and 14 now. Dr. Laine is full of wisdom and has been a blessing to our family. In response to the 1-star post, I'm wondering if she has the right doctor... Dr. Laine has not moved his office in the 17 years we've gone to him, and has never ever sent us elsewhere for shots. Why would he? His office could not be easier to deal with... Weird."
