"She is an alright therapist, but she slapped us with an unexpected $100 bill after our first visit and completely ghosted us. Her Psychology Today page stated she accepted our insurance. Which, yes, we should have explicitly asked, but I think mental health providers should be clear about that before your first visit. We booked weekly visits for a month after our first visit and contacted her multiple times after the first bill came in and no one ever got back to us. At first we assumed that it was a clerical error and wanted to resolve it, but our appointment dates came and went (we obviously didn't show) and we kept leavings voice mails and still, no word from her besides the bill. Not cool."
