"DON'T BUY FLOORING WITH INSTALLATION HERE! I've had a really bad experience so far. Mostly delays but customer service is deplorable! I've been sold a bill of goods, told half-truths, lied to and hung up on 4-5 times! Only one of two managers I talked to were straight with me. I'm experiencing a VERY high level of incompetence and delay and I won't even get a call from the installer until now at least 12 days from date of purchase. Try somewhere else or DIY!"
