"I love this store, the quality of the equipment is awesome. I bought a 6 gallon stew pot with the thickest steel warming base at this store and I didn’t even get it into the house and my neighbor wanted to borrow it for a barbecue party. Since she never returned anything she borrowed, I said no and hid it in my basement when not using it. I told her where I bought it and the cost. For years now she kept asking about my big pot. We moved across town, 15 years have passed and she called me again asking to use the pot. The pot is still as beautiful as the day I bought it."

"I’ve been purchasing supplies for our family owned restaurant from here for quite some time without issue. But this week I was asked to leave the store since the “owner has implemented a new policy prohibiting kids”. I was dumbfounded why I couldn’t have my well-behaved son with me as I tried to show him how to make purchases for our restaurant. I didn’t bother to ask at what age they start their discrimination, instead I just left. Its sad to see that not only are they discriminating by age, but that they don’t understand or don’t care about the importance of teaching the next generation how to run our family business."
