"I heard the radio commercials every morning for a while. I needed a good vacuum that was hepa rated and had bags, so i decided to go to Bell's Vacuums. I was greated by Robert and he was so nice and helpful; i felt like i left knowing more about vacuums than when i came in. He helped me choose which one i wanted and explained how it all works. I was very pleased that he showed me how to take apart parts of the vacuum to clean it. I honestly feel like I've been buying vacuums all wrong. I used to get cheap ones from a supermarket and replace it once it stopped working. Now i know that i can get my vacuum covered under warranty, but i can get it fixed too. I don't think i will need another vacuum for a long time! I've already recommended my dad to stop by!"
