"Late in the day on a Thursday, I discovered a water leak in my home but could not locate its source. All American Home Services came through and dispatched Matt and Oscar as soon as they completed what otherwise would have been their last job of the day. Matt and Oscar arrived promptly and were surprisingly cheerful. and very systematic and thorough. They even had to wade through snow to examine the crawl space. In record time, Matt and Oscar found the hidden leak in a wall, sealed it off, and restored basic services. I am thoroughly impressed by All American Home Services, Matt and Oscar, and I am very grateful."

"I had a leak in my garage, and called All American for help. Heather answered the phone and was extremely kind and detailed in her notes and put me on the schedule for the next day. They actually finished their jobs early for the day, and were able to get me in the same day (hours after I had initially called). She texted me so I could send photos and videos ahead of time, so that the technician could be efficient and know what they were getting in to before they came. She then called when they were about a half hour from my house and provided a photo of the technician that would be coming. As a single woman homeowner, I really appreciated knowing who was coming to my door, before I opened it. The tech Tyrel then called when he was leaving his other job to come to my house. He and John showed up and kindly explained the work to be done and got started. I appreciated their kind and patient manner, especially as a woman. This isn't always the case with heating and plumbing issues and sometimes businesses can be condescending. They only took about an hour to get the work done, and walked me through what was done before they left. They also provided me with quotes on some other items they noticed while in my garage, so that I could schedule them at a later date, if I was interested. I have used them previously with my other home, and I without a doubt will continue to call them as my first choice. THANK YOU!!"

"We had some heating issues over the holidays with our apartment complex. All American made time in their schedule to get us take care of the next day. I'm out of town so all communication had to be done over the phone. "We've been getting our furnace serviced annually from All American and they've been great. Very easy to communicate with and responsive to setting up appointments (half the battle in Juneau). Honestly, the communication with in-office staff (Tia), their dispatchers, and their service staff (Joe) is worth 5 stars. Once here, Joe was super helpful and professional. We've really enjoyed getting our annual maintenance from them and will continue to use them."
