The lady that owns this shop is amazing, always in a good mood, and she has walked my food across the street to me multiple times when I am the only one at my shop and busy. Great atmosphere and great service, highly recommend eating here if you haven’t yet!"

"I was there this week and order 1 skinny decaf latte, 1 regular latte and a cappuccino with 2 shots of espresso. Instead I got 2 regular lattes and a cappuccino with 3 shots ;I didn’t mind the 3 shots but when I went to the desk and spoke to the Asian lady that she got the order wrong and gave me a regular latte when I ordered one to be decaf she made me pay for another coffee. This was very disappointing as I have to pay twice for a latte and I had to throw 1 away when she got the order wrong; the place is cute and clean but the customer service not so great! I wouldn’t go back…"

"New location on Seward Street is superb! I have missed their chicken adobo burritos which I used to get almost every week when I worked closer to their old location. Yesterday, almost ten years later, I took one bite and was instantly transported back in time. It was like that moment in Ratatouille when Anton Ego has a flashback after tasting a bite of Remi's dish. ... So anyway, that's all to say their consistency is top notch! Great service by great people, as well. One more note: If you like spicy, get "extra spicy!""
