"I 100% recommend this business! I've been coming here for years to buy vacuum bags for my old Bissell. A few days ago my Bissell decided that after many years of hard work, it was ready to give up the good fight... and I needed a new vacuum. I stopped by the Vac & Sew Shop today hoping that I could find something in a reasonable price range that would not only replace my beloved old Bissell, but hopefully be a nice upgrade as well. I had previously looked at some reviews online for various vacuums, but felt that it would be best if I spoke to an actual professional as I had no clue what to buy after having the same vacuum for over a decade. As always, the owner was sweet, fun and informative. She asked me a few questions to narrow down what would best suit my needs, then showed me several vacuums and gave me the full rundown on each of them (I decided to purchase a new Simplicity model that works well for pet owners). I gave my new vacuum a spin as soon as I got home and this little baby certainly does not disappoint! I'm very impressed with it and grateful that the Vac & Sew Shop in Hamilton was able to not only meet my needs, but exceed them. "They honored their warranty. Purchased a used vacuum here and it quit working after a few months, but it was clogged and they cleaned it and got it going for free! We do like the vacuum! Another time I got a filter here for another vacuum, and was quite reasonably priced and they had it in stock."

"This place is hands down the best place ever! Its a great place to buy a vacuum and to get your vacuum repaired! I dropped off my vacuum there, and the gal in there (Lisa) called me and estimated how much I would be charged if I were to fix my vacuum and also was very honest whether it’s even worth it to fix the vacuum! Then I bought my new shark from her and she was very very amazing and taught me how to use it (it has roller turn off) and how to properly clean it, cause it’s a bagless. I noticed this is a family business and this family is so welcoming and very homey people! I’m giving this place a 5 star! They are amazing!"
