"I love Goodwill, they have fair prices and mostly friendly staff , Jake is always kind and helpful. My mom and I shop there a few times a month m. But today we were treated sooooo poorly by Carmen the cashier! She was so rude to us ! Tapped her nails on the counter while my mom was paying with her card . She acted like we were a major inconvenience to her . She wouldn’t bag my items . She rolled her eyes at us. It was the worst I’ve ever been treated in a customer service setting ! I understand people have bad days but this is how she acts every time we are in there so it wasn’t just a bad day ! Even the women in line behind us was shocked how rude she was ! I know this isn’t the first complaint you’ve had in this girl ! Please do something about it ! Your store is to good for her !"
