"Have shopped here several times and there always seems to be an issue with staff/owners that are obviously unhappy with their jobs, my last visit was over the top with rudeness from the owner in the women’s department. She made a size suggestion, I didn’t agree with her suggestion and picked the other size so she not so quietly tells the other gal helping me that “This is so stupid” as she walks away to ring me up. Again, this is an OWNER behaving this way. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t talk down to her, I wasn’t argumentative…I just wasn’t being talked out of what I knew would work for whom I was buying for."

"Great place to get western clothes at a good price the even have snap down western shirts. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. It the only place I've found in a long time that's has snap down western shirts that have nice long sleeves"

"I love going to Ford's Department Store. It is a men's and women's store. Upstairs they have linens, rugs, bedding sheets, etc. The shoe department downstairs is great. Always changing shoes and they have a nice Western boot area and sell Western hats also. The women's clothes are a wonderful variety to pick from. They have regular sales and it is fun to go in and visit with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ford's has been in Hamilton many years and they are still here! They know how to treat their customers. I give them A+ - be sure to visit and see all the new items!!"

"Great old school clothing store. They have all kinds of custom gear here. You have problems finding pants that because big box stores carry about 8 sizes? Correct size is waiting at ford's. (33-36) They are pricey but they always have been. My grandpa used to joke about saving up for a pair or two of Fords jeans back in the 80s."
