"Extremely rude people running this facility. Worked as a seasonal helper for them. Got hurt on the job. Couldn’t have been more rude to me about my injury. Now they are withholding my tax documents from me. Good luck trying to get in touch with them too. Unless you like talking to robots. Terrible all around experience with these people. Go somewhere else!!!"

"Replace the driver that goes to 320 Clay st. Or Please find a driver that at least acts like he cares about his job. Or at least just does their job or even tries a little bit. I need my package and I'm going out of town, I propped the door open to the complex and he didn't even try it, just lazy. Now I'm going out of town and now how Am I supposed to get my package??? Replace our driver! Well, if you care about your customers anyway, I'm sure there are a lot more complaints about his guy or... Does no one care at UPS about it's customers? Anyone?? Why doesn't UPS have a key to our building, the complex said they would give him a key, they just need someone from UPS to simply call, or is that not your problem? Like I said, I feel Missoula's UPS doesn't care about its customers! Thanks!"

"They said a package was unable to be delivered because of road conditions while at the same-time I literally watched a UPS truck drive by my house. The fact that you have no phone number for locals to contact you is criminal. You're a delivery service. START DELIVERING. Also if you are going to be so poor at delivery and are more of a "pick-up facility" get a working local phone number and have appropriate business hours. FedX did a way better job at getting me my package. (yes this is an angry review because I am angry at the incompetence of our local UPS which is ironically named 'customer center')."

"My package shows up "late" because of UPS. So I figured no big deal I'll stop by and show my tracking number and ID and pick it up. Walk in and tell the young gentleman at Customer Service what is going on. He says give me the tracking number. He puts in the computer says yeah it here. I said we'll can you go grab it? "No it will be delivered tomorrow. " Wait a minute in standing in your building with tracking and ID and you can't be bothered? Ok UPS is never been a problem before but now it is? Well I guess like alot of things UPS has gone to trash also!!!"
