"On 2/16/24 my husband took our truck to the Missoula, MT location for a ABS issue. They were told multiple times that we were only there for our truck. Our truck was taken into the bay at 10:30 am for an estimate. At 3:00 pm they finally came out and gave us the estimate. That estimate included the trailer which we as I stated had told them not to do. At 7:30pm we were told the truck was done and we was ready to go. We paid and left. On 2/17/24 as we are heading home the ABS light came back on and we was to far away to turn around and go back. On 2/19/24 I called and left a msg for Tabitha and another one for Eric needless to say I nor my husband have heard back from them. On 2/21/24 we took our truck to our local Peterbilt and they fixed the issue. Seems the mechanic at I State has no clue what he was doing because not only was the part wrong it was placed incorrectly. So for an easy issue to fix it has cost us way more than it should have because of an incompetent mechanic."

"Got awesome service from everyone at this location. Thought for sure needed egr cooler replaced and turned out that all it was is a rubber o ring at heater core that needed replacing. Price was good and git us in and out in a timely fashion. Thanks to everyone at I state in missoula for the awesome service and communication. "I broke down on the road. I pulled out a bolt from the oil tank. What I did was I put a petal washer there and glued it with synthetic glue with a synthetic tube. wait 6 hours for it to harden. I poured oil and went to this dealer for repairs. They quickly installed a new tank in 4 hours. i paid a fair price of $1300. I am very grateful to them for their speed and understanding."

"As an Owner Operator cost is extremely valuable. I arrived at I State pushing coolant out. I was pretty sure I lost a head gasket. EVERYONE that I spoke with or dealt with is Top Notch in my book. Extremely Professional, but most importantly they cared. They got me in and out as quickly as they could. Always made sure I was informed on what the truck would need, cost and progress. I have used I State dealerships in the past with great success. But the Folks in Missoula are in a league of their own.
