"Employees are very friendly and helpful. Have very much enjoyed the Missoula MT. store and the set up of it until now The new manager was quite frankly a B**** and doesn't know how to smile or treat her Employees, Customers or the Store. She pretty much acts like she doesn't like her job, the way the store operates or people, whether they're employees or customers and basically went into panic/grouch mode when it started to get a little busy and then went in the back leaving the entire place feeling very uncomfortable. I've been in the service industry for over 20 years and owned my own service business. I would never have a manager or employee who was that rude or unable to deal. Rule 1: Smile. Rule 2: Be pleasant. Rule 3: If you need to tell an employee something they're not doing to your satisfaction you do it in a polite and teaching manner not snapping at them and acting like a B****.... reprimanding an employee and/or yelling at them in front of customers is NOT OK and NOT pleasant for the customers or the employees. It creates a very hostile and unhappy environment for everyone. She is NOT suited to be a manager or even in the service industry. We love the food and normally the experience. Like I said, the employees have been very nice and the store is clean and has a nice atmosphere and normally we enjoy it there. We will however try to make sure the new manager IS NOT THERE IF we go back. Hopefully she doesn't cause your entire staff to quit and chase away other customers. I know help is hard to find these days, but i would work myself before i hired someone like that and would DEFINITELY NOT have hired her as a manager."

"MOD Pizza on Reserve Street: Disappointing Experience I recently visited the MOD Pizza on Reserve Street in Missoula, MT, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. Negative aspects: Wait time and lack of acknowledgement: Upon arrival, I waited for 5 minutes at the counter with no employee present. When someone finally saw me, they made no attempt to address me and instead sat down in the back, using their phone. This initial interaction set a negative tone for the entire visit. Unfriendly service: When an employee finally approached to take my order, they offered no greeting or friendly interaction. The entire exchange felt cold and impersonal. Simple courtesies like a "hello" or "have a good day" would have made a significant difference. Unsanitary prep area: The food preparation area was in a concerning state. Meat was found mixed in other meat bins, and vegetables were scattered everywhere. This disregard for hygiene raised serious concerns about food safety. Overall impression: This experience fell far short of the standards I've come to expect from MOD Pizza. The lack of customer service, combined with the unsanitary conditions, made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular location to others. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars Suggestions for improvement: Address customer wait times promptly and acknowledge customers upon arrival. Train staff on the importance of friendly and welcoming customer service. Ensure the food preparation area is kept clean and organized at all times. Note: While I understand your frustration with the service and hygiene at this location, please keep in mind that this is just one isolated experience. Other MOD Pizza locations may have significantly better standards. Additionally, it's important to avoid making generalizations about an entire chain based on a single visit."

"Had a pick up for tonight 12/1 at 6:30 PM. When i arrived the gal on the oven had no idea where it was but promised she'd have it out shortly. I think i got it 8 minutes past pick up time? Not too shabby. Although I did notice there was no dough on the racks and the guys on the line were strictly making online orders (trying to get ready for close even though online shows open till 11?), not helping the ones physically there in the store. Even saw a pair head out after waiting 10 minutes with the line not moving at all. Yikes. Toppings on my pizza were a little less than generous BUT the gal on the oven (younger, ponytail, gray shirt Im assuming the captain on duty) cooked a BEAUTIFUL pizza. Seemed like the crew didnt have a good rhythm and looked short staffed for a friday night."

"Tonight was our very first Mod experience. We will definitely be return customers! Really good pizza and amazing value! An 11 inch pizza built to your specifications with whatever you want on it for $9.99.... WOW! The experience is a little like Subway, only you are building a pizza. When you are done with the building process, it goes into the oven for a bit, and they call your name to come get it. Yum!!"
