"I started at “Wilson logistics” and that got bought by Ashley distribution which turned it into “Ashley Pacific Northwest”. Things changed. Prices dropped. Costs were cut. Benefits were cut. Loads were cut. Contracts were cut. Jobs were cut. Whoever is running this has absolutely demolished what used to be a solid running company. The new lease program is actually a RENTAL program with a $72,000 payment due if you actually want to own the 600k mile truck at the end of your lease/rental. They don’t currently have the loads required to keep you busy enough to afford the lease fees. They don’t care if you sit for 3-5 days while they give good paying loads away to company drivers making 53cpm. They will ask you to run loads for FREE even on weeks when your settlement is NEGATIVE. The only good thing about the lease is the “walk away” option which you will definitely need. There are only a handful of GOOD people holding this company together still. You’ll know who they are in short time. Good luck if you decide to ignore this honest review. I don’t see this company lasting with its current administration."
