"Can't recommend. I'm a local and wanted to try a local company rather than Uber/Lyft which siphon off a good portion of the money. Scheduled an airport pickup and they never came, wasted 45 minutes waiting and finally got an Uber that only took 5-10 min. I called dispatch when we landed on time, he said a car was on its way. That wasn't true. They never intended to have a car there at the scheduled time. They put you in a queue for the few cars they have (2?) doing jobs around town, but they don't tell you where you are in the queue. Dispatch also said they couldn't tell me how long the wait would be (seems they don't have GPS). When the car was 25 minutes late I called again and he said two cars were on their way to the airport but couldn't say how long. They string you along as long as they can, I have no idea if a car would've ever come."

"Leanne was our driver for our group of 6 to the Mendenhall Glacier and she was great!! Our ship was a little delayed getting into Juneau and she patiently waited for us and got us there and back safe and sound! Great experience and would recommend."

"Leanne was the most amazing driver we’ve ever had! We arrived in Juneau by cruise ship and had no idea how we were going to get to nugget falls until we saw a van pick come people up, we called the number on the side and Leanne picked us up within 5 minutes! She showed us all around town at no extra charge and even arranged to pick us up after we were done hiking! On the way back she took us to a whale statue, turned the meter off and waited with us while we enjoyed the view and she made sure we got tons of pictures! She then dropped us off at an amazing local restaurant that we would’ve never known about! She truly made our time in Juneau amazing! If you can request Leanne do it! She is amazing!!"

"This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Booked a tour thru them weeks ago. They never texted us the morning we arrived at the dock like they said they would for pick up instructions. We sId OK maybe they are late. We tried calling the company got no answer or return phone call. Other members in our party were on an earlier bus and asked the driver about our bus and they said someone was coming in 20 minutes. Several taxis ame and went and picked up other groups. We asked every driver, and we just kept getting blown off. We inly had 6 hours at Port, so time was crucial. "DLuX rides my butt," Shame on me for not reading the reviews as I usually do. Shame on DLux rides for leaving us stranded at the pier and making us wait for no reason. Just say you're not coming and stop wasting people's precious time. Obviously after reading the reviews. We are not alone. Get your stuff together, Dlux. People spend a lot of money to get here and for Dlux taxi and tours to keep letting people down Dat after day after day. You should be out forced out of business."

"Friendly driver. Weird that I had to text him directly after I called the company phone number to schedule a pick-up for the next morning. They gave me the driver's number and said to text him my name and when, where I needed to be picked up. I felt like I didn't know if it was legit or if I was setting myself up to be assaulted or abducted. He told me his name but not his license plate number. He showed up in a taxi van, though, not a car, so I felt better. I had also looked up the rating and reviews online and people seemed to have legit experiences so I went with it. Overall, happy with the service. Friendly, enjoyable ride to the airport."
