"We custom-designed three rings with them using family heirloom diamonds, and overall our experience was great - they're super responsive, and we loved working with a family business. Two of the rings worked out great, and we still wear them every day 3 years later. Unfortunately, the setting on one of the rings was too delicate to support the diamonds, and twice now we've had a diamond fall out (after wearing it for just 5 months). The first time, they repaired it for free, though they wanted to charge us for shipping, which felt a little nickle-and-dimey after paying five figures for the three rings. The second time, they weren't concerned about the shipping costs, but when I received it back it's one of the stones has a spot in it - it catches my eye a lot. Not sure if the stone itself is damaged or it's just how it's placed. Luckily, it does seem to be staying in place this time. I'm quite soured, because we had such a positive experience designing the rings."
