"We used The Shirt Shop Once a couple of years ago and they were great, I went back in May to get hats, coats and other things and Katie was really nice saying that they would get it done and everything. A week went by and I couldn’t get an email back, so I went in and she made excuses on how they didn’t know this and that and we were finally back on track. Another couple weeks went by and I couldn’t get a call back, an email back nothing. I went in and she wasn’t there. I decided to take our stuff to Exact Image and Sherri is on the ball, emails and calls me back. I still haven’t gotten an answer to rather The Shirt Shop had even started on our stuff. Please don’t waste your time or money with these people. I gave them every chance in the book to get our stuff done. I wasted two months with them. Please just go to Exact Image."

"TLDR: They will waste your time I had a pretty quick turnaround time for a project, but shirt shop agreed to complete it. However, a few days before I needed the t-shirts, they told me they wouldn't be able to finish it anyway. I appreciate they were trying to make it work, but if I had been told well before we were over a week into the project together, I potentially could have found someone else, as I was in communication with other print shops in the area who were willing to try as well. The delayed communication from Katie and the "oh well we can't do it anymore" attitude is absolutely unacceptable and ruined the ability for the project to be completed. Again, I recognize it was a quick turnaround time (about 2 weeks), and that there was an attempt, but please don't commit to something you can't follow through with."
