"Amazing service! During the really cold weather a week and a half ago, my bike stopped working. Peddles would spin but not move my wheel. I stopped in Missoula Bicycle Works about noon on Sat to see if they could repair it. Within an hour and a half, they fixed the issue as well as my left brake not to mention lubricant in the shifters. It was really affordable and they were honest about pricing and what needed to be fixed. These guys are awesome! A person I met on the Milwaukee Trail suggested this shop. "I am giving a 2 star (I would give 2.5 if that was an option) because they got me right in for a rear derailleur adjustment which was great, but when I tried to explain what the problem I was having was the head tech I believe (Andy?) totally blew me off in the lobby when I bought my bike in. I was trying to tell him the issue and he grabbed the bike walked it back and gave it to another tech to work on it. Then when I was trying to tell the tech that was doing the work on my bike what issues I was having I was told by (I think Andy) that there was a couch in the waiting area and I was welcome to take a seat and wait. The tech that did the adjustment was friendly and quick and the person behind the counter was friendly and the price was very reasonable but I get home, jump on the bike to take a ride and still doing exactly what i was trying to explain was happening ie shifts up and between gears under load.... I know time is money and they probably are busy as all get out and a derailleur adjustment takes from other jobs or maybe just having a bad day. I don't see a way to reply to the owner's reply but it was clear he was irritated that I was trying to talk to the tech. regardless I appreciate the owner's comment."
