"I stopped in on a search for more comfortable Nordic ski boots and after trying some on and discussing my interest in starting to skate ski (having some hand-me-down equipment I haven’t used) I left empty handed… BUT that was a good thing - because I didn’t have all my gear with me, they gave me some options to suit my needs but suggested I come back with all of my parts & pieces so they can continue to help dial in my set ups to be versatile and comfortable. All of that to say, I got excellent service/advice and zero pressure to buy or make a decision. So helpful and refreshing! As soon as I have the time, I’m going back to complete the deal now that I’ve had time to think about the best path for what I want! This crew sure knows their stuff and are very friendly."
