They are very affordable and have a dedicated Housing team to help resolve maintenance and other issues. Highly recommend for qualified students."

"Lewis and Clark is a great option for students. You're not locked into a long term lease, utilities are all included, and you can request a roommate or the housing office can assign you one. All of the staff have been very helpful and professional. Apartments aren't brand new, but they're in good shape. Convenient access to campus with buses departing every 20 minutes, or an easy 15 min bike ride through neighborhoods to the university. There's access to Mt. Sentinel trails and in the winter groomed trails are set on the golf course directly behind LCV. An amazing location for accessing campus and getting outside in an instant."

"Convenient for students, bus system is free and comes around every 15 minutes, apartments are kept in good shape and come with furniture (bed, sofas, chairs, dressers), and the heating/gas/etc is included in the rent price. Maintenance usually gets any necessary work done within a week and they're on-call for emergencies. Best for people who want a roommate as the apartments are 2 or 3 bedroom set-ups."
