"Summit Housing Group may be good at getting financing to build their properties, but that is where the 'good' stops. Their sister company, Highland Property Management, is a disorganized, dysfunctional, and a careless management company. Lots of staff turnover. Residents at their properties are stuck in a precarious position - they don't want to lose their affordable housing, so they are afraid to say anything. Check out the Highland Property Management reviews on Indeed - seems that their employees feel the same way. Avoid these companies as much as possible."
