"I can't say enough positive things about my experience living at Whitefish Crossing. I had been a tenant at Whitefish Crossing since the property first opened, May of 2017, thru November of 2019. Location was exceptional, my particular unit (2 bed 2 bath) was very roomy and extremely comfortable, and the property was always very well maintained. I never had any issues with my neighbors, be it noise or other considerations. At the time of my move out, I had some unique circumstances and Cathy and the rest of the staff at At Your Service did an OUTSTANDING job communicating and working thru the issues that presented themselves. Bearing in mind this review is being written 4 months on from the time I had put in my notice, there were certainly more than a handful of concerns, and every one of them was addressed more than appreciably. Thank you Cathy and AYS for everything you have done for me and Sparda."
"We were very happy to have rented at Whitefish Crossing. Firstly, the office manager has been very helpful and fair with us. She worked really hard to get the unit ready for us when we were in a crunch to move in. She was also really helpful and fair concerning any issues we ran across, which were minor. Our dog loved walking to get treats in the office. The space was great and clean, and we always felt safe. For the majority of our time, we have not had any major issues with the neighbors. The location is great, and it served us well for what we needed."
"My experience renting here so far has been good. The move in process was easy enough to complete, and the apartment was clean with no issues with appliances or electrical. There is some noise from adjacent apartments but it is minimal and not an issue. Management has been responsive to any points I have raised, although admittedly there haven't been many. Having lived in a number of apartments recently, the build quality here is ok, comparable to other complexes that I've graced, it's not luxury but I would describe it as more functional, which works for me. So far have enjoyed living here, and the Whitefish area, and looking forward to the ski season....."
"Honestly reading these reviews is off putting, however I find that this is a nice complex, as with any new building there are issues, but nothing that makes living here a poor experience (much better than other properties I’ve rented). We were wait listed for about a month but the wait was worth it. The people that live in the complex and friendly and you can always get your furry friend a treat when the office is open. It is a little more expensive than other places in town but you get what you pay for. It’s a great location."
"If you are looking to move into the Whitefish area I would strongly advise against this apartment complex. For starters, they are extremely poorly built. Within the first hour you'll notice that you will hear EVERYTHING from all of the surrounding apartments. On top of that, in the Summer months you'll notice glue oozing up from the floor between the boards. I've seen this in my unit and 2 others also having the issue. If you have any issues with the complex then tough, the "Office Manager" is basically useless. No issues get fixed and often times you'll be blamed if something goes wrong. She often defers to the "owners" or "state of Montana" any chance she gets to not deal with an issue. Don't worry though, she lives on the property. Great, right? No. Not only eavesdropping on conversations, talking about tenants to one other tenants, but also will not hesitate to watch you through the window. I'm extremely glad I am no longer there but feel horrible for the 5 tenants that I have referred. I considered not writing this message cause it feels a little wrong, but I know if someone would have warned me about these real issues, I would have been glad I saved my money and aggravation."
