"Had lunch with a friend in dining room. I'm giving the experience a 2/5. The lunch we shared was Ragu bison also had pork belly. It was tasty, but barely warm same with pasta. The server not at all friendly only came to check on us once. 3 other guests in dining room. Did not offer dessert. Just poor service!!"
"Perfect, clean, cozy lodge relatively close to the mountain. Delicious restaurant, accommodating to extra requests. Quiet, sparkling clean rooms. Kind and helpful concierge. And a lovely little nature walk close by. An all-around pleasant experience."
"The Lodge was decorated beautifully for the holidays which made it feel extra magical. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and room service were all great. Used the shuttle service several times. Close enough to town but tucked away for great views and the lake was breathtaking. Tons of amenities and nearby activities, we wish we could have done more during our stay so we'll just have to come back!"
"Had a business conference here during the first major snowfall in October. All the staff were helpful and kind. I had some great conversation with the shuttle driver. The bar staff were great. Room was serviced daily. Perhaps most surprising is the valet staff. I recall them holding the door for me and other guests often which really seemed to elevate the service of the lodge. Highly recommend."
"My wife and I just spent two nights at the Lodge and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is superb, the food was great, the scenery was spectacular and the staff was very friendly. The gem though was Jean in the Boat Club restaurant. The fist night’s dinner was exceptional and we returned the second night to be treated again. We had many restaurants to choose from but Jean won us over with her genuine gift of customer service and hospitality. Great job!"
