"We have always had a great experience at the Western MT Clinic Now Care at the mall. The staff has always been friendly and the service quick. Yesterday we arrived to the Now Care within an hour of closing time, which we were worried about heading in. They were able to get both me and my son seen very quickly and had our prescriptions called in to the pharmacy right away. Thank you!"

"If I could eliminate the star and continue to review I would. When the young lady at the reception desk had a question about checking in a patient, she yelled her head off to another individual in a completely separate room. I was waiting for the person who was inside and was absolutely mortified at how they were treated.They didn’t even stay to be checked in."

"I first walked in and was greeted by a rude receptionist but whatever continued on my way to get a test and doctors note for Covid. After waiting close to an hour I finally got tested and the nurse was friendly but then I was taken into a room where Kimberly was supposed to see me. She was rude from the get go and I had another issue with my ear peircing that needed antibiotics and it would be fine after I got the treatment and I was flat out argued with. Very unprofessional, I was advised by my body peircer to get antibiotics before removing the peircing and instead of listening to my concerns of taking out the jewelry Kimberly proceeded to argue with a patient??? I have been seen by her multiple times and has always been extremely rude. I find myself having to defend that I am in need of medical attention whenever I am at this clinic with Kimberly. I have seen multiple reviews of her rude behavior so I am clearly not the only one."

"I’ve never had a worse experience with an urgent care. I came in with a 9 week old with a simple case of pink eye and the doctor refused to see us. She tried to tell me that they didn’t see babies under two months, and I reminded them that he was over two months (apparently math and dates are not the doctors forte). That didn’t matter and she flat out refused to see us. No rationale except she didn’t feel like it. She kept sending staff out to talk to me and refused to come talk to me herself. Avoid at all costs and a giant middle finger to this doctor."
